OVERCOME YOUR PROBLEMS

RAMÓN ANTONIO LARRAÑAGA TORRÓNTEGUI

Diploma and Master's Degree in Human Development FESC- National Autonomous University of Mexico.

Imagine for a moment that you live in a room that has many doors. It has so many, that you have not opened them all, some because there has been no need to open them, and others because you do not even know they are there, they are possibly covered by furniture or some other large object.

Imagine also that of all those doors some lead you to very beautiful places, others take you with people you love very much and their presence makes you feel good. There are also those that take you to tedious and boring places, or those that lead you to places where the fun never ends. But there are others, that transport you to horrible and dark places, some take you to places where the lowest passions are aroused in you, or that make you feel uncontrollable anger, or anguish and anxiety, or fear.

And there are those that take you to places where you inevitably feel a lot of pain. Problems.- We have all felt bad at some point in our lives, and I do not mean a physical ailment or some health problem, but a psychological pain. It is possible that you have ever had so many problems that your life came to lack meaning, purpose or meaning.

Problems, problems and more problems, you still do not finish solving one when another is already waiting for you. Health problems, money problems, family problems, problems with your partner, with your children, at work. In short, nothing seems to be good, everything you start is inexorably unsuccessful, you feel overwhelmed, alone, confused, misunderstood. You strive to maintain a good attitude but it is useless, they are all problems, problems, problems. The beast we all carry.

There is in each one of us an aspect that has brought us closer to the mineral kingdom, which is the material with which our body is formed. There is also another aspect that relates us intimately with the plant world, that is, the biological scheme that gives life to that matter. In the same way, another part of us is common with the animal kingdom, our emotions, instincts and the most elementary thoughts.

And of course that other element that distinguishes us from the rest of the kingdoms of nature, at least as far as the knowledge of science has come. This element is our mind. Beyond all this there is a mysterious "something" that escapes our understanding, and everything we can say about it must remain today in the field of speculation. I can only point out that from the most remote antiquity the most illustrious men and the most prominent cultures have affirmed that this is where the origin of all things lies. To serve is to sow; plant good seed It is not necessary to have received or harvested it ... it miraculously flows from recondite saddlebags of the spirit and the heart. To serve is to serve everyone and anyone, not preferably those who, in turn, can ever serve us. To serve is to sow always, always, without rest, although only others are those who pick and taste the harvests. Serving is much more than giving your hands something you have; it is to give with the soul what, perhaps, was never granted to us. To serve is to distribute affection, kindness, cordiality, moral support, love, and also material help.

To serve is to share joy, esteem, admiration, respect, gratitude, sincerity, honesty, freedom, justice; it is to instill faith, optimism, trust and hope. Serving is ... in truth, giving more than what we receive in life and in life. First of all honor the god who is immortal according to the law. Respect the given word. Honor then the glorified heroes, and finally consecrates the terrestrial geniuses, giving them also due worship.

Honor your father, your mother and your next relatives. Choose by friend the most outstanding one in virtue, attend to his sweet warnings, and learn from his examples. Excuse your faults while you can, avoiding all severe judgment; since the possible is close to what is necessary. Be reasonable. Accept things as they are. Get used to winning. Be sober in eating, active and chaste.

Never commit dishonest acts of which you can then embarrass yourself, neither in private nor in public. First of all, respect yourself. Observe justice in actions and words. Never behave without a rule or reason. Think that the easy honors and good fortune are uncertain; that the trials of life come by divine will. Be adverse or favorable, always rejoice in your luck, but try with noble tenacity to improve it. Think that the destiny is more benevolent for the good ones who understand and their designs adjust. Much is talked about and much is judged on various subjects. Do not welcome them with admiration nor reject them.

More if you notice that the error triumphs, arm yourself with patience and sweetness. Observe these reasons in all circumstances: That no one induces you with words or acts to say or do what does not correspond to you. Of fools is to speak and act without premeditation. Consult, deliberate, and choose the most noble conduct. Try to build on the present what must be future reality. Do not boast of what you do not understand, but always learn and in all circumstances, and satisfaction will be its result. Never neglect the health of the body. Give him with moderation food, drink, exercise and rest, since harmony is everything that does not harm. Habitúate to live simply and neatly. Always avoid provoking envy. Do not make excessive expenditures like those that ignore the measure of the beautiful. Do not be miserly or stingy, and choose in all a fair and reasonable means. Do not insist on doing what could harm you. Reflect well before acting. Do not let the sweet dream close your eyelids without analyzing the actions of the day. What did I do? What did I miss? What did I stop doing that I should have done? And if the exam is missing, try to make amends; but if you have done well, rejoice in it. Try to practice these precepts. Meditate and love them, that they will lead you on the path of divine virtue.
