Longings and Desires in life.- A happy person must constantly seek stimuli so as not to lose desire. A good option that will make you grow internally is not to stop learning those things you once wanted to know. Reflect that to advance knowledge is needed and that it does not enter through osmosis but reading, which is non-transferable and can be used throughout life to obtain a personal benefit. It's never too late to study. Being an educated and cultured person will help you to solve daily pitfalls more easily, and it will surely be a fundamental ingredient if you look for the way to happiness.
Reflect: I have to learn to love myself, no one will achieve happiness if he is not able to love himself and feel loved. 

We can not feel love for another person if we do not worry about feeling love for ourselves before. Loving others and feeling loved is a key component of happiness. But none of that will truly happen if we do not begin to love ourselves. I learned from life that a person will find happiness if he learns to look for it and find it in the simple and everyday moments of life. Watch the sunrise, contemplate the stars, play a few minutes with our pet or read a book, are moments that should not be wasted if we look every day to be happier. Living the present with special attention to everyday things will give us more satisfaction than dreaming of a better future that may never come. The simple things in life can give us enormous happiness on a daily basis, without investing too much.

Love & Shadow.- Love teaches how to navigate in conflicts, in their language, feelings, emotional feelings and makes them think at a certain moment only about them. Love binds, ruminates, gives options, feeds a state of fulfillment that feels at that moment too good leaving the tension behind to drive on a path without direction. Life is the challenge you face most of the time alone, it is a metaphor for insecurity and guilt. It is the mat you are standing on and the next day they move it without you having time to straighten up. Not every day is the same, in some you are strong, in others weak, some calm in another bad-tempered, tense or relaxed.
